Eric Pinero
Senior Director, Securities Counsel
Eric Pinero serves as Senior Director and Securities Counsel. He advises on various legal and regulatory matters, including matters related to corporate and securities law compliance, for CION Investment Group and its affiliated entities, as well as its sponsored alternative investment products.
Prior to joining CION in 2013, Mr. Pinero was an attorney with several highly regarded regional law firms concentrating on securities law compliance, public and private securities offerings, and corporate and commercial transactions.
Mr. Pinero received a B.S. from Roger Williams University and a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School
